Food was incredible, Michelin star quality. I could bathe in the lobster gnocchi . Service and ambiance were both great. The grounds were beautiful after dark. My only minor complaint is that the grounds are in the process of being expanded, so you walk through a bit of a construction zone to reach the restaurant. Definitely plan some time walking the rest of the grounds before or after dinner though - quite magical!

The Maitake Mushroom Entree is excellent for vegetarians, and anyone who likes mushrooms! The staff are on their A game, I'll share a few names but all the not named staff are still crushing it! Caitlin at the coat check and host station was very polite and friendly. Andre was assisting Darby and they both were knowledgeable, professional, courteous and I don't think my water glass ever got close to empty. Thank you to the Cheff and other staff too. I think I also met Katherine and she is great too. They did an excellent job accommodating Vegetarians and from overheard conversation they accommodated other allergens with advanced notice. You do want to book a reservation in advance.

The most expensive dinner me and my wife have ever had, but it was a fun time nonetheless. Probably won't do it again because we spent 200 there, It was fun to do a fine dining full course meal. The steak I had was definitely the best steak I ever had, and the mocktails were very refreshing. Everything was delicious though, the only thing that wasn't a perfect five was the Thai green curry and seafood bisque, My only complaint being that it was not nearly enough green curry in it to even taste it and it was mostly just a seafood bisque. The atmosphere was absolutely incredible, probably the most notable difference between a fine dining experience and anything else. The service was also really good, but we thought we would have more frequent table visits with how little people were there. Had to wait a while for a service to come back to our table. Overall though, it was a fun time and I'm glad we did it, even if we can't afford to go back again.

Had a great experience here for dinner. Small restaurant, very rustic and intimate setting. Really quiet. Enjoyed the mushroom soup, and apple strawberry salad. For our entree, we enjoyed the famous pepper steak (filet), and the duck breast with a birria tostada. We preferred the pepper steak, but both dishes were tasty.

We’ve always eaten at Foundry when visiting Sundance, but not any longer. Tree room was a special experience. We were celebrating my mother in laws birthday. Our lead waiter, Brent, went above and beyond coordinating with the kitchen to ensure she got nice little surprises throughout. They even worked with me to “plate” our wrapped gift. But it was the team approach to service that was most impressive - everything was perfectly timed and delivered. The food itself was spectacular. I struggle with the quality of fine dining in Utah, so it was a wonderful surprise to have such high quality dishes, from flavor to plating. Thank you to the whole team for such a memorable evening.

Beautiful decors and cozy atmosphere. There is a small waiting/library area, which has few paintings on the wall enhanced the beauty of this space. The Sundance Salad, the famous peppercorn steaks, plum almond were so, tasty! The drink menu has a good variety and the price was fair. We didn't have high expectations of food in Utah. This place should earn a Michelin Star.

This dining experience was SO SO GOOD!!! I didn't expect it to be as good as it was. We have been to several menu tastings and wine pairings, and I honestly think this was the best pairing I've had. The flavor profiles were So incredibly good. Nothing about this experience was bad. Everything was top tier. My husband has the wine pairing and tasting, while I had the butternut squash soup and the Pepper Steak. SO GOOD. I also had the chocolate mousse cake and he had the hot chocolate with lady fingers (part of the tasting list). We will be back, for sure!!!!

We braved the snow to eat at The Tree Room last night, and it was absolutely worth it! The variety of flavors and textures on every plate made each dish feel like an experience. We ordered the Elk Osso Buco and Rabbit Confit for our main course. I was amazed at how tender the meat was, while the accompanying garnishes were both beautiful and delicious. It's obvious that Chef Diane and the rest of the kitchen staff take great pride in their work! The ambiance was warm and inviting. Haylee took great care of us and was so friendly, and other patrons were in baseball caps and fine jewelry alike, so there was no feeling out of place. There's so much more that could be said, but I highly recommend experiencing it for yourself. I can't wait to visit again!
